If you’d like to book back to back skincare & acupuncture sessions, drop one of us a line and we will coordinate.

Parking

The lot behind our building is reserved for tenants and residents, so please utilize the 90 minute unmetered parking on Solano Avenue or the unrestricted parking on adjacent side streets. Please be aware of street sweeping signs if you park on a side street. 

Forms of Payment 

Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards including AmEx as well as FSA/HSA cards are welcome.

​​Cancellations

Please email me as soon as possible to cancel your appointment and avoid a no-show fee. Any patient exhibiting signs of respiratory illness, such as cough, fever, sore throat, congestion, or fatigue, will not be admitted for an appointment and must reschedule, or we can convert the appointment to a telemedicine consultation. I am not treating patients with known or suspected acute cases of covid-19.

​Insurance Coverage

Please contact me if you need help determining if you have acupuncture coverage. You will be supplied with a "superbill" receipt you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Acupuncture visits are covered by most FSA and HSA accounts. 

Gift Certificates 

Paper certificates are available to pick up and purchase at our office. If you’d like to send a gift instantly, let me know, and I can send you a link to purchase a virtual gift certificate, which can be emailed to the recipient immediately or on a future date.
